Musicians young and old may present their carefully prepared pieces before a knowledgeable and appreciative audience, in a competitive environment.
The Classes are carefully designed to match the age & abilities of entrants, and range from solo performances on Keyboard, Brass, Woodwind and Percussion instruments, to Singing Duets right through to choral performances from large choirs.
The syllabus for 2014 will be available from September 2013
Well known Music adjudicators give gentle but authoritative, critical and encouraging guidance towards performance perfection, and usually reward Class winners with a trophy for their mantelpiece.
